After 26 years, I can swallow pills now. I guess the daily requirement of the horse pills was enough practice for me to conquer the skill. Applause please?!

cole--good for you--I think I remember being in Portland Or. before your time on vacation and somebody (not mentioning any names had trouble swallowing a pill and someone else was getting abit upset---the moral of the story is the pill was so soft and gooey--before she finally got it down--such memories. mom (for the good old days. they were great.
Cheers all..... I created this page so that those who care (family and friends, ideally) can keep tabs on me as I make my way through Southeast Asia.
It was by way of chats with well-traveled friends and an adventurous sister that this trip came about, so thank you to those who inspired me. Like a good backpacker, I have no clear agenda. Rather, I look forward to an amazing 3-month, fly-by-the-seat-of- my-pants journey that should create some unforgettable memories and new friendships worldwide. Here we go!

I never thought the day where you could swallow pills would come! yay! Cole's a big kid now....
